To be eligible for a return, all products must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received.
Refunds are issued in the original form of payment within 5 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. You will be refunded your amount of purchase along with any applicable sales tax.
Since all of our items ship free within the U.S., shipping costs incurred for returns will be the buyers responsibility.
Once we do start charging for shipping, those charges will be non—refundable. Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during a return/exchange shipment, so we highly recommend utilizing an insured and trackable mail service.
If there’s a mistake with your order, it arrived damaged, the wrong item was mistakenly sent to you, or the fault is otherwise our own, we will incur all shipping costs involved with the return of incorrect/damaged merchandise and shipment of corrected order.
